MAKEUP WORKSHOPS

Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, some workshop dates may be postponed in the interest of everyone's safety. We are monitoring the situation closely and will advise if your workshop date is postponed. If you can no longer attend and provide at least 7 days notice before the event, you may be given a store credit of 75% of your total purchase, with 25% retained to cover associated costs with your cancellation. 

 

MAKEUP PRODUCTS & TOOLS

In accordance with the Department of Fair Trading, no refunds or exchanges will be given due to change of mind. If a product has a major problem (as outlined here) you may be entitled to a full refund or exchange. 

 

MAKEUP SERVICES (EXCLUDING WEDDING DAY)

Full payment must be made to secure your booking. Cancellations can be made with 7 days notice before the date of your booking. If you cancel your booking within 7 days, 50% of your booking cost will be retained as a cancellation fee. 

 

BRIDAL MAKEUP SERVICES

A Bridal Trial must be booked prior to the Wedding Day. To secure your bridal booking a non-refundable 50% deposit will be invoiced to you directly and must be paid via direct debit. After which the remaining balance can either be paid for direct or through www.jessicavegas.com with any other payment type. Full payment must be made 60 days before the date of the wedding. Cancellations within this 60 day period will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the remaining balance.
